Standard Engineering Engagement Framework
These terms govern your access to our website and define the overarching legal principles for all custom software engineering, AI agent deployments, and automated workflow solutions provided by AUTONOVA.
1. Operating Entity & Services Scope
AUTONOVA is an enterprise software and artificial intelligence division operated by Noruva Labs. By accessing this platform or engaging our engineering team, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms and any subsequent Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Total Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
AUTONOVA explicitly distinguishes itself from proprietary software providers by operating on a complete work-for-hire and ownership-transfer model:
Full Code Assignment: All bespoke codebases, model fine-tuning weights, custom pipelines, and operational runbooks built under paid contract are assigned 100% to the client upon final milestone payment.
Zero Proprietary Lock-in: We deliver self-contained, documented Docker containers and infrastructure-as-code scripts that can be operated independently of AUTONOVA.
